How to Find Your Ring Size
Method: String / Paper
- Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string.
- Wrap it snugly (not tightly) around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the paper or string overlaps.
- Measure the length in millimetres — that is your circumference.
- Match your measurement to the table below.
Tips for Accuracy
- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest.
- If between sizes, choose the larger size.
- Measure at room temperature — fingers swell in heat.
- If your knuckle is wider than the finger base, measure both and go larger.

A little care keeps fine jewellery radiant for generations. Here is how to look after each material in your Ratnam Jewellers collection.
Gold
Clean with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Store separately to avoid scratches. Remove before swimming or applying perfume.
Diamond
Soak briefly in warm soapy water, brush gently behind the stone, rinse and pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Silver
Wipe with a soft polishing cloth after wear. Store in an airtight pouch to slow tarnish. Avoid contact with chlorine and household cleaners.
Gemstone
Clean gently with a damp cloth — many coloured stones are porous. Keep away from heat, ultrasonic cleaners and prolonged sunlight.
