All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. Prices of gold, diamond and silver jewellery reflect prevailing market rates and may be revised without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability — any amount paid is refunded in full in such cases.

Every transaction is 256-bit encrypted. We never see or store your card details.

All sales are final — we do not accept any returns or refunds.

Every piece is individually quality-checked, hallmarked or certified, and photographed before dispatch, so what you see is exactly what arrives.

In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we will make it right.

We offer complimentary, fully-insured shipping across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Every piece ships in signature Ratnam Jewellers packaging with its certification.

Gold is BIS-hallmarked, diamonds are independently certified, and silver is genuine 925 sterling. Certification accompanies every eligible piece. Natural gemstones may show minor variations in colour and inclusion — these are characteristics of genuine stones, not defects.
